Hi
Can anyone point me in the direction of a specialist broker who deals with the above ?
I am a serial contractor working through my own Ltd Co. who has been working for several years but with occasional extended breaks. For example a couple of years ago I took a year out and went back to University. The point I'm making is that my earnings have been good but sporadic. I currently have a contract until at least the end of the year and would be able to offer a 20% deposit.
What sort of products are on the market, what are the multiples and other dependencies etc ? I can see via Google that there are various companies out there but would be interested to hear from any PH's their experience or expertise
