A few weeks after the first track day they started squeaking. Never really had any problems before. Pressure washed the brakes and did some hard braking - still squeak. Anything else you can do? They look to squeak once they are warmed up and only under light braking. Did not have one squeak during the track day at SPA!

I had a similar symptom after a track day together with losing a bit of the braking sharpness, turned out the pads had become glazed.
It's sometimes possible to deglaze them off the car with some emery paper or similar.

It happens intermittently on my Turbo 'S' too, but tends to disappear again after a while. Unless it's really intrusive, I'd be inclined to leave it, but if you have a high mileage it may be worth getting it checked for wear.

Break harder! I was always under the impression they squeaked when cold?
