The 997 coil packs, part 997 602 104 00 are now a standard replacement part for 996 turbo, these are what I used when I replaced coils and plugs last year and paid £30.71 each + vat.
I've always used Bosch FR6-LDC plugs gapped to 0.8mm in mine with no probs and generally find this spot to be the cheapest..

"passange side getting a bit sticky" Oooer lick . . . . . think it's time to find a new GF, or let the current one take a taxi when she's "on heat" laugh

Not sure I can help you on that one, I had the 1bar actuators fitted when I had my turbos built up by AET, from memory they were about 95 quid each, but that was quite a while ago... Winter project '08!

Hi the wastegate actuators don't normally stick... It is the shaft that the actuator connects to that goes through the turbocharger housing that partially seizes in. These can be re-worked and be made to work again.

A simple question, but how to gap the Porsche spark plugs as they are 4 prong and you can't get a traditional feeler gauge in there. I didn't gap mine, I jut put them is as they came out of the box.
