I go to that club from time to time. It's not somewhere where there are normally fights. I can only imagine he was acting a bellend as usual.

When the story first broke, the headline was 'Joey Barton punched in face outside nightcliub', then a day or so later, Sky were reporting that JB had been arrested on suspicion of affray

Yesterday, he was on Twitter saying he was glad to be getting away for a break - At the same time, Sky were reporting that he had been bailed pending enquiries

TBH I don't care what happened, as long as its another nail in the coffin for his career at QPR - I'd much prefer the headlines for us to be about our football, not an £80k a week thug

Don't get me wrong, I completely dislike Barton, he is nothing but a thug. But I do find some of his tweets rather amusing!

Barton appears to have his shirt off. How many people are punched and as a result their shirt falls off?!?!

Something tells me he did the 'im super hard look at me my shirt is off' thing that so many brain dead street louts tend to do. Innocent until proven guilty but..........
