Whilst at Spa someone, and I'm afraid I forget who, was asking me about heater valves.

The VW / Audi one is a common substitute.

Got one on my S been fine for a couple of years now but the one I fitted to the Taimar leaked within a few weeks !

A scroll through Ebay found this, nice but a little expensive (can you believe he's out of stock at that price?) so I went for this one instead.

Bit of jiggery pokery with the control cable and works fine wink

Car Builder Solutions came to the rescue again when my heater valve started to leak. Pretty close to the original. See:

I also took the opportunity to fit a bleed valve as I have had problems in the past getting the heater system free of air.

I fitted the bleed valve immediately between the heater valve and the bulkhead.
