Mansons garage in Kennet had a lot of yank metal in the last time I was in. Think they used to look after the sterling warehouse car collection too.

Waterside Classics in East End of Glasgow might be worth a try.

Dave, try George Leitch at GBL motors in Duff Street Lane off Dalry Road in Edinburgh. Dont be put off by the location he is a former Corvette owner and race car fabricator who still races. His Mini Gem is a proven giant killer at Knockhill and beyond, an engineer who knows his stuff!

I have no direct experience of them, but they are not recommended by classic owners I know well.

I would definitely say give Billy at Alexander Autos a call. I have known him and his work for over 35 years and he never fails to impress. Whether on price/quality/innovation/knowledge he is top notch.
