merlin titanium in trouble?

Just wondering if anyone knows of any information, have been trying to order a frame from them website has been stating brand re birth underway since before Christmas http://www.merlinbike.com/ aren't responding to any emails, and can't get anyone in UK to either order one for me or get any info.
Guessing it doesn't look good, but surely they've got too good a history to fold?

Any info greatly appreciated.

Damn, does anyone know if any of the frame builders started up on their own ala heritage guitars and Gibson? if not guess I'll be buying a yeti.
