Who's interested in a monthly meet - for MB's

Just bought my first AMG and after being in various owners clubs which arranged a monthly meet runs ect , finding it a little boring that theirs nothing for Mercedes that have local meets that I can find .

Just wanting a feel to see how much interest their is for a bit of a gathering / meet up .
Area is North east - Teesside , North Yorkshire, Durham and Tyne and Wear

I'm up for it. I'm in Northumberland, work in Newcastle, happy to come down to Durham, Teesside, North Yorks. There are some great roads between these places, some with half decent pubs...

Great 3 of us so far !!!.....only a thought but if 1 lives in west yorks and 1 in Northumberland a meet could be sorted at Scotch Corner Hotel once a month ??

Not much interest is there ...........either merc owners are to old or to stuck up LOL
Im niether and and I have a MB , first time Ive owned a car and have not been involved with any social gatherings .
Shame really that only 3 of us fancy showing and chatting about our cars !!!

3 of us?! A Pistonheads Mercedes meet up, steak/tofu eats and a drive out would be great! It's all or nothing with these Mercedes groups I'm finding.... European road trips in vintage big money Merc's or nothing

The problem may be that not too many MB owners seem to spend much time browsing this particular forum. Try joining the Mercedes Benz Club if you want to meet several owners. They are very active and have organised meets all over the country.

Hi I am also in the Mercedes Benz Club and MB Club UK and both sites I have posted a request with out one response (think they only do OFFICIAL Meets )which is fine but Im looking for more of a informal local meet were owners can have a pop along look at each others cars and even arrange drive outs .
My previous car Audi TT QS240 the TTOC was excellent for meets and drive outs .
