I heard this mentioned on 6 Music last week (I've searched and flicked through the recent pages here and couldn't find anything), it's the Radiohead albums OK Computer and Kid A made with old game console 8-bit console sound effects. They're by a Youtube account called QuintonSung, and there are a few single songs from The Bends on there too. The Mediafire download links are down, but there are ways and means...
