Snowdon this weekend

Thinking about getting away for a few days to Snowdon over the jubilee weekend and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of cheap places to stay (timber tents, caravans etc) in the area? Will help if it is reasonably close to a good boozer and also just suggestions on other things to do around the area besides climbing the hill
