Many thanks to this road which (north of Bourne, Lincs) provides many a mile free of other traffic. Just come back from 100+ miles nearly to Lincoln and back.

came back via Tattershall (with its castle if anyone knows it). Stalky time had on the A15 tho' flooring it between villages with their speed cameras! (and overtaking anything that got in the way )

Mind you, the bikers know about it too, luckily they were all going the other way including the one who as I was approaching a 90 degree right hander came round it on my side ... luckily for him I braked hard and he made it back upright on his side:

There are some great little country roads around my area. Trouble is you only get a mile if your lucky and another numpty appears. Good when it's quiet though - really twisty little sections, up and down too and loads of trees. I can feel another blast coming on...

Went to wales with a load of mates in a hired Galaxy last year. Superb roads there, shame I wasn't in a sportscar at the time! Some of the roads turn into little tracks winding up / down / around the mountains. I was kacking myself looking out the side window at points - 100's of metres sheer drop off, without fences! Our mpv was at 45 degree acents / decents at times, mad! I'll be back there with something more appropriate soon.
