Stacking jpegs for timelapse

I'm looking for some free software to stack jpegs into a timelapse clip, I've done afew startrails recently that have cloud going through. I don't expect to be doing this often so I just need a simple program.
Something like the reelmoments app would be ideal.

Any good ones out there?

As does windows movie maker live, just load in the jpgs and set time per frame to 0.1 or whatever.

Something like adobe premier, after effects or Sony Vegas are the normal pieces of software to use.
