BIB what was going on a331 today??

Saw 3 BMW estates 2 marked 1 unmarked, parked in a triangle at the side of a331 just before north camp junction! They were parked there all day!!
Couldn't see any reason for it and was curiously parked as was half blocking the road.???
Any ideas???

Saw a couple of unmarked cars racing through Bagshot on the A30 this morning with 4 or 5 Motorcycle outriders stopping traffic.
