I was wondering if any PH'ers are going to http://www.airtattoo.com/airshow this year ?

If enough of us then maybe a small informal gathering could happen ? We are there on the Sunday.

Some very serious hardware there. From current fast jets (F16's, Yaks, Hawks etc etc)to a static Chipmonk from my ATC days !

I'll be there on the Sunday as well, usually stand towards the right hand end of the runway.

Just booked my ticket for Saturday and it will be the boys first airshow. He's only 6 and is really excited.

going on saturday, £40 is quite steep but I'm treating my old man so it should be a good day if the weather is cooperative. Confirmed aircraft flying displays etc on the RIAT website with a timetable closer to the date I would imagine. Some good stuff, Dutch F16s, Polish Mig29s, Russian Yak and the A400M but its a bit of a shame the cold war is over, I used to love the SU27s and the F15s!
