Bodyshop recommendation SW London - Thank you

Great. A bloody great piece of someone's bumper just came flying at the car on the M1. Guess I should be pleased it didn't come through the windscreen as it was moving and bouncing. I also hope it didn't hit anyone else.

And now my less than 3 month old pride and joy now has two indentations, lost paint and a ruined stone protector on the passenger side.

So - can anyone recommend a body shop who would do a decent job that's near to Clapham?

It looks like it needs two dent/scratches taking out and the rear side panel (which includes the sill) respraying plus a new stone shield film. Does anyone have any ideas what that's likely to cost? I've just read the thread about the GT3 bumper and £2500 or something, and hoping this will not be so expensive that it's worth making a claim.

The two I would consider are a bit out of the way (but not too far)

SL3 (Middlegreen/Langley near Heathrow) and AL2 (Frogmore/St Albans).
