AMD ecu re-map
Discussion
Hello, I have same car as yourself. I had the ECU re-mapped about a month ago. Gained another 15bhp exactly. More noticeable from about 5000 rpm. Money very well spent.
Whilst there also had a full geometry set up. If you have not had that done again it really transforms the car.
The whole lot cost me £470 inc. VAT and was completed in a day. You will find they are booked a few weeks ahead though.
Hope this helps.

Yer, whether it's worth the money or not is up to you. My starting BHP was 266 (should be 272) and finished at 283. Ok, gained 17 BHP but you only notice it a little when going ten tenths. It's nice to know your car is running well and it cost alot less than buying a varioram baby with the same power.
However, the more I get into the 993 thing the more (and very quickly) I'm reasliing that there's lots of shite upgrade stuff out there and you need to be very careful about what you put on your car. (Not saying that about AmD, they were fine, but he pointed out some other stuff that I hadn't thought about).
So outcome, more power - Yes. Noticable - Marginal, but you can tell it's running smoother.
