Today's fiasco

Emailed the companies German travel agent yesterday for a morning flight Philadelphia to Milwaukee & Friday return.
Up this morning in Harrisburg PA at 3:30 and no email confirmation.
Get ready as its a 2 hour drive and then call the agent.
It's a holiday in Germany today so no reservation !!
Call the emergency number and they make the booking and it's $1300,- !!!
Can't wait for the email confirmation and so head to Philly.
Get there, drop the rental off and then go to terminal to check in.
90 minute wait so hang around before going to the gate.
So they only gone and booked me on Newark NJ instead of Milwaukee.
Nice young lady pulled out all the stops to transfer me and get my bags.
Get to new gate. 2 hour delay and so very late arriving at customers for the afternoon meeting.
I'm tiredOh and the revised ticket was only $560,-
