TopCats Tuscan 2nd in class Brands
Discussion
What a weekend, two cars running in a 3hr race, this would be the longest single stint that the TVR had ever run.
The car started the race 5th on the grid with novice driver Andrew on board, who did himself proud. Never having completed in a circuit race before and sporting a novice cross Andrew grew in confidence as he pushed on posting some excellent times. Warren was next up pushing the car back up the grid from 13th (after the first fuel stop)to an overall 3rd on track. Charlotte as the last driver out had the task of bringing the car home.
After 3hrs of racing 3 stops and 2 changes of driver the car came home a fantastic 2nd in class. Not bad for a car only really known for racing in 20min sprints!
Andrew acquitted very well and will be eager for more silverware after such a good start to circuit racing.
Anyone else who wants to drive this car or the other of our two Tuscan's either on a track day or in a race drop me a mail via my profile, It could be you with the silverware on the mantel piece next time !!

That tuscan is a great looking car! Well done to Top Cats on their 2nd & 3rd in class. Hope the gearbox vent pipe is back on the Marcos. Dont want Martin burning his foot again. lol
