Overseas recovery/breakdown

Does anyone want to make a recco for best and/or cost-effective overseas recovery/breakdown for my trip to Le Mans?
I’ll be in my modified classic and have heard of the AA refusing to work on modified vehicles in the past.

Which insurer do you use....many classic polices have Euro breakdown included. - Mine does with Peter James and did previously with Footman James.

If you're an ACO member you could investigate their cover.

Check out ADAC as well. Unless they've changed their rules, they don't have any restrictions on the car type or age, and you get full European cover for 12 months (even in the UK).

My renewal has just come through - Euro 80 for 12 months cover. Unlimited mileage, any car. Plus wifey too I think, but she may be another Euro 10.
