GT3 vs GT3 RS

So I sold my turbo this week (great way to blitz a few quid in 10 months!) are gt3 rs's worth the extra money over a standard 997 gt3, and will an RS hold it's value any better? I'll have about a 70k budget by Feb what would be better and older RS or newer standard GT3?? Your help is much appreciated

Like all these topics it depends on what you are going to predominantly use it for. Track and potential investment 996RS all the way, if you intend to be on road and put lots of miles on it, 997 GT3 makes the most financial sence. If you don't but an RS of some sort you may well regret it, they are more special and will allways command a premium. Your money your choice, but 996RS is more of an event to drive than most of them in my experience.

Thanks i want to do quite a few track days one a month through the summer, and a bit of use as a second car, I'm youngish and daft enough not to mind being rattled around a bit!
