Sun Visor screws keep falling out on my Boxster

I have just bought a 2.5 Boxster. The Sunvisor screws do not tighten up and keep falling out... has anybody else had this issue? If so is there an easy fix?

I know nothing of Boxster sun visors, but by way of general advice if I were faced with this;

Check that they are the correct size!

If yes, then:

Wrap some PTFE tape around the threads before you tighten them, or apply some thread lock before tightening - depends on how loose they are.

How about fixing them in with some kind of rubberised glue, so if they need to be removed they can just be unscrewed?
