Barclays Lightwater, what did happen today ?(Tue 24/4)

Well it says it all in the title, but I'll explain the reason for the question....

I was standing at Barclays cashpoint playing the usual pin code lottery and had previously noticed the securicor type van (blue, but didn't notice the company) I wandered into Budgens to be told that a robbery had just gone down.

I have been told that the security guard was attacked by armed men, bundled into a car complete with cash box hand cuffed to his arm and driven away at speed.

Whilst I was there, there was a large influx of police and the area started to be cordened off; the helicopter was up pretty quick too.

Any gossip? any truth to being armed and kidnap?

I only ask because I'm nosy and it's the most excitment I've ever experienced in Lightwater since one of the stalls tipped over at the farmer's market

I was in the petrol station and a detective was in there asking about CCTV footage. Didn't twig until I saw all the commotion outside the bank!
