GoPro flight time-lapse?

I'd like to be able to take a time-lapse video on a flight. Has anyone done this? I can't help but think me attaching the GoPro to the window will raise a few questions!

One thing I'm sure you'd have thought of... but just in case... make sure you sit on the side that doesn't face into the sun!
