Cologne guru?

Does anyone know of a tuning company/rolling road who are familiar with the 2.9 V6, and can get it running 100%? Nick's has been misbehaving again, and he wants someone who's familiar with the engine to check it all over and make sure it's running as efficiently as possible. None of the rolling roads in the area seem familiar with older engines, they're all into Jap turbo'd stuff.....
