Tyre recommendations for 997 Carrera 3.6

On behalf of my dad, his 06 plate car is still on the original Pilot sport N1's ( obviously now discontinued )

Rear ones will need replacing at some point in the near future and is wondering what is best to get?

His has the optional 19's. Sizes are 235/35ZR19 (87Y) N1 on the front and 295/30ZR19 (100y) extra load N1 on the rear.

I'd stick with Michelins - either Pilot Sport 2s (might be a 20% off deal at Costco fairly soon if he is a member or knows anyone who is) or Super Sport if he isn't bothered about the lack of N fitment (ie doesnt have an OPC warranty) and they are available in those sizes as people seem to rate them very highly.
