I am in the process of purchasing a new house. This property has a bit of a bonus at the end of the garden, a 85 square metre shed!
The old owner kept vintage tractors in it and I am just wondering what would be the best use for it, car storage was my first thought. Does anybody think there would be a market for this in Fife? Or any other uses for a big shed! Unfortunately I'll be a bit skint after buying the house so can't fill it with my own collection....yet!

Where are you based in Fife? Cairneyhill, only reason i say Cairneyhill is there was a guy who used to show tractors from there.

Car storage might be something i'm looking at in the next year or so. It would need electricity and good access.

Caravans?

Hundred quid or so a year for indoor storage when my parents had one.

Rent it to some dodgy "Gardeners" who supply their own lamps and compost. Cash in hand understandably wink

I'm a few miles outside Glenrothes in a small village, garage has reasonable access and power/lighting.
I'm sure I'll find a few people that would find it ideal to store cars over the winter. Offer got accepted on the house yesterday so move in mid June, can't wait!
More excited about the garage than the house!
