Really like the look of it. However for a car with only 30+k miles on it the engine bay looks a little 'tatty', and the bolster looks very worn too.
Anyone on here know the car?

That is the most startling service history I have ever seen.
"Service Stamps:
31/08/88 1050 miles Lancaster
11/02/97 14571 miles Parr"
Was the owner in a comma?
More than likely the car clocked up average miles in those 10 years and was serviced (at best) by his mate. Lose the service book, have a new one supplied by Porsche with details of the only service they have carried out and hey presto.......one low miles Turbo Targa (with worn bolsters)."Service Stamps:

Possibly.
Never realized they did these and then one was listed for sale here in New Zealand last week http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=46...

If the car is so well looked after, kept in a carcoon, new turbo's etc why would you not fix the air con, speaker and seat bolster before you tried to sell it?
I'd guess that these things didn't matter to the owner, whereas a dealer would just get them all rectified (might only be £200) and not mention it when putting it on sale.jimmy p said:
I cannot believe that seat has only seen 31000 miles. More like 131000 miles if not more. To much of a coincidence that there is 9 years of missing history so early on in the vehicles life. My 10 year old porker has done 40000 miles and has no wear to drivers seat.
Exactly! My first boxster had 145000 miles on it when I sold it, it had the optional sport seat and didn't have any wear that bad on them.TVP993 said:

Unless that seat bolster was ripped at a very early age then there is no way imo an old 911 with 30K true mileage would have that much wear.Really like the look of it. However for a car with only 30+k miles on it the engine bay looks a little 'tatty', and the bolster looks very worn too.

I saw a 3.2 with original condition Sports seats for sale last year with 136K miles on the clock and they were poor but in better condition than those.
Old Porsche leather was very thick compared to more modern stuff.
