Has anybody seen a programme yet, particularly for Monday?

Anybody else going? Don't suppose there is anything arranged for TVR parking?

Simon's also doing the Michelin Porsche Cup this weekend with Parr Motorsport. There's a qualifying report on their website; www.parr-uk.com
I think he's finding the Porsche a very different beast, but his times are improving with almost every lap, so he should make up ground in the first race.

Viper of Littlejohn going a bit better!Just hope he stays on the black stuff.(who would have guesed that this is the car that won GTS Le-Mans class in 2000&the American LeMans Series with Oreaca!!)Me thinks its getting a bit old in the tooth(or Fang?).Look forward to some new blood next season if a 2003 Viper Comp Coupe comes to the U.K.Although the Vipers are still winning in the FIA GT Championship,so there is some hope for us Brookspeed hopefulls!

Not a Viper for 'Swiss' Tony I'm afraid. He's sharing Peter Cook's #15 Porsche 911 GT2 with Rob croydon this weekend - The Brookspeed deal is over.

As for qualifying - The timing chart only tells part of the story - The Stealth is NOT on pole position!

OK - so who was there then? Thought the racing was pretty good (except for F3 trying to emulate F1 boredom)...

But how did those TVRs get to where the normal Tiv car park is? I tried in my Chim but ended up parked on some field/building site/car park...

~Rant On~
Oh - and if the 'mupwhit' in the Subaru (and don't think I've not noted your # plate) who tried to kill me on the A413 - by overtaking with full beams (trying to prove something???) with an oncoimng tractor about 80 yards away - is reading please stop, get out your car, go to the back, kneel over and suck the exhaust until you feel sleepy.

That would be Crap.net posting press releases again then wouldn't it!!

For the record the Stealth lost it's times for failing the airbox test but had a storming run through the field.

We talked to the owner of the Cerbera who got in, and he told us he simply blagged his way in by maintaining that the TVRs did have designated parking because we always park there. We didn't bother arguing and just parked in the rubble park. Saw several other TVRs in the same area, a silver 360 Modena, a Esprit V8 and a Skyline R34 with an outrageously large Nismo wing on the back.

Have to agree with tvrforever about the racing at Silverstone. The single-seater stuff is too much like the F1 in terms of circulating boredom! The GT endurance was as great as ever tho' except for the Speed 12 blowing a gasket, the Morgan blowing eardrums and the Saleen being too good!

How did the Saleen get into the class anyhow? I know that it might slip in under most of the GT rules but surely it's a little bit too 'supercar' to qualify?

On a more sombre note, does anyone know if that poor chap who had the horrendous off in the Clio is ok? I couldn't make out if it was Griffin or Griffiths but I'm fairly certain it was one of those two.
