Joolz - I did spend quite a while backtracking and walking along the verges trying to find it, but it was all country-ish roads and if it went bouncing off into the undergrowth then nothing short of a nalpalm and agent orange airstrike would have helped!

Ace has been cool about it - what a doll I'm more pissed off because they were a prezzie rather than anything to do with the cost of a replacement - which will have to wait anyhow as I have a service and a new set of tyres due...
