Calling all Reggae experts, can you id this tune?

I've had this song on a tape for about 20 years - and would like to find out who the artist is.

This appears to be the only song by this artist (amongst the other Reggae tracks) on the tape - so I can't offer any other tracks to compare.

Can anybody identify it please?

I think it might be The Kustes - Under Control, but I cant find the song anywhere to see if thats right.
