Crispy chinese lamb-done

I attempted this at the weekend and very well recived it was, quite cheap 1.4kg of lamb breast was only £4, I`m not sure aboutht egas biil as i had to reduce 4ltrs of liquid into a sticky sauce
My wife was not happy about the smell of star anise though.
