One day I will sit down and write the whole sorry story of this car, and how it came to be in the condition it is. For now I think I'll just enjoy it. After two years of agony and ecstasy it's finally finished 
Ninemeister, Southbound and JZM have done an awesome job in getting this car sorted, and the proof is in the pudding. The video shows the car at the Nurburgring being driven by my friend Jono shortly after it's comprehensive overhall was finished. The entire suspension, engine, transmission, interior and a lot of the bodywork has been re-done and the results speak for themselves. It's basically a new car. The power output of the engine is completely standard. Plenty of people think that the 964 is not a great 911, and that the C4 understeers terribly. Judge for yourselves A guy from rennline in the US came over not so long ago and said it is the best road going 964 he has ever driven.

Jono's fastest lap of the day was 8:30. He makes pretty light work of the Exige that the footage is shot from here (he comes past 18 secs into the film), and comfortably recovered some slight oversteer at 120mph (3:17). Look out for the GT3 which he sails straight past
