From the bonnet shape almost certainly Renault, but I'm sure someone more knowledeable will come along and give you chapter and verse.

That would be my bet!

The body style is called a rear entrance tonneau.

There were umpteen makes at that time using the "alligator" style bonnet. it wasn't till Mercedes influenced thinking that cars became more homogenised.

It isn't a Renault - they had the radiator between the engine and the scuttle. The low-down gill radiator suggests probably a de Dion, but another popular make was Gladiator, who had a similar style.
