New Bike for Mrs Spydaman

Last year we bought Mrs S a Carrera Gryphon hybrid and she loves it. It's made all the difference to our riding and we now go on proper long rides rather than to the nearest pub. She wants to get a quality road bike and I'm thinking a Specialised Dolce would fit the bill. Any comments and suggestions welcome.
