Hotel in Staffordshire...

Can anyone recommend a good hotel in Staffordshire within reasonable drive to Drayton Manor?

It must have a pool and preferably one which is toddler-friendly with a graduated beach-like entry, rather than just the usual 1m shallow end.

I always stay at Hoar Cross Hall (near Burton) when around Staffordshire. Lovely old building and lovely grounds in the countryside. Plenty to do there. Great Spa, Pitch & put golf and bike hire etc..I cannot remember about the pool but it is a place worth checking out
