Motors Live TV event incl. a fellow PH'er

Took a trip over to Donington Park today for the Motors Live TV event and took a few snaps. My first time shooting Motor racing and my first real attempt at panning shots so don't expect too much. All the pics were taken with a Sigma 70 - 300mm f4-5.6 DG which I purchased recently second hand for £40. Unfortunately the day has made me realise two things, firstly the Sigma 70 - 300mm is a pig of a lens and secondly, I need a Canon 70 - 200mm in my life! Anywho on with the snaps and as always, all criticism welcome.
