Says no turbo? How they get close to 500bhp out of a n/a?

Where does it say no turbos? Aren't they a bi-turbo?

if it has a couple of turbos i stand corrected. the m96 engine would melt with this sort of power hence not a clever conversion

That's a fine looking car, I like it. But why on earth choose the dullest colour available though? Imagine that in polar or SY or GR. In fact the RS orange or green would work nicely too.

So what engine is in there?

i was very interested in the spec of this car as colour aside its very good, when i enquired about the engine i was told it is not a turbo but i never got as far as going to test drive it as i felt at that price even with all the suspension upgrades etc without that horsepower its just a very nice c2s

Where's he getting 500bhp from then? Presumably he has dyno charts to prove it?

that appears to be a Gemballa quoted figure and the reason the conversion is called the GT500!

If i'd bought such a conversion I'd expect to see dyno graphs to prove it. Unfortunately if it does manage 500 which actually there's nothing to suggest it won't from a 3.8 it must have a power band like a two stoke and be really weak low down.

Beautiful car though and seems like a reasonable price IMHO.

it's a twin turbo - 620 Nm torque @ 4000rpm. No 2 stoke power band!
