Hi there, we are out in Oz at the moment and until recently only had a Weber charcoal BBQ. However, we have now bought a gas BBQ with an identical set up to the one in the advert. We are using the new gas one for speed (faster than charcoal when you want a quick meal), as a replacement for the griddle and frypan and will be using the electric rotisserie for joints. However, we are retaining the charcoal one as we think that it is excellent for smoking ham and gives better flavour to the food.
