Your story sounds really awful. Your lawyer should be able to sort an amicable solution for you.

I purchased a 2 year old 997.2 last November from West London OPC which is aligned with censored. On collection of the car I was not happy with the prep work done and made them aware of that straight away, but after a couple of days I also noticed a major paint fault near the drivers door. The car had several other mechanical faults as well, some of them unsafe! OPC West London bent over backwards to sort out the problems though, and although I will use another OPC to service the car they did make sure it was presentable when I picked it up (plus I drove a Panamera for a while). On a used car I am not too worried about respraying panels, but I fully understand your upset at having to have a brand new car resprayed.

Good luck.

No names please.

Agree with Zyp, its hurts my eyes but having finally got through it, thats shocking!
To be fair i wouldnt have got as far as taking out of the showroom in the first place. I know this is not easy as you build yourself up, like me, months before. You may of got rid of your old car etc and without the new car, what do you drive around in.
I was in Porsche Bournemouth few days ago and in the showroom i didnt see a Turbo with dents or signs of a respray or the 991 that was in there either.
I bought a brand new Subaru Impreza from a Subaru dealer and noticed the fuel guage wasnt working as i left the garage. Took it back, they immediately said you can wait or in case it takes longer have use of a STI until its working. In the end it took 2 days and i wished i had bought the STI when i had to get my own car back. Surprised at censored taking that attitude but then maybe certain dealers are loosing the art of after-care service.

It also breaches the sites No Naming and Shaming policy!

I can't read all that. Let your solicitor sort it out. Not good for a new car and I'd expect to reject it.

Good luck getting it sorted.

Please consider using some paragraphs :-) I do understand it must be hard to write it all down when you must be pretty cross about it all.

That is simply unacceptable! You should get your money back +50k for all the trouble.

And this on a 120k car! You should have never accepted the car to begin with really...

It seems that as the OP has removed his posts, little reason now for the thread to remain.
