Changing Brake Pads on MkIII Cayenne Turbo

Hi,

I am about to change my winter to summer tyres and in the process I want to change front and rear brake pads. What are the torque settings on the caliper stretch bolts and can I change the rear pads with the electronic brake? The car is 2011 Cayenne Turbo (that eats pads)!
