Just out of idle curiosity, will a wheel clamp fit on a 10" wheeled min?

Depends on the type, a lot are just a triangle of metal and few chains so the unfortunate answer I think is yes, they probably would fit.

Could always carry a good battery angle grinder...

or make the car real low on the wheels so they cant get there dirty lil mits under the arch 2 put it on
