Eating here tomorrow evening, is it any good ?
We have been a little disappointed with Ramsey's other places in recent times but are quite excited about this.
Any experiences ?

I'd agree with that - took the wife for her 30th. I was a little dissapointed to be honest, it was our first 3 star and I was not 'wowed' like I wanted to be. Dont get me wrong the food was very good but we had been to gidleigh park about 6 months before for my 30th and were blown away by how good it was. I expected RHR (perhaps incorrectly) would be perfect and had built it up in my mind accordingly.

Although that said, at this level of cooking its about personal preferences really as you should get an outstanding dining experience every time.

I think that's the problem !!!
Every restaurant we go to is ranked according to the experience we had at the Fat Duck, which to date, is unsurpassed !

I do know what you mean OP although I've not tried the Fat Duck - yet.

That said, we have been to the Crown at Whitebrook near Monmouth twice recently and both times it was absolutely brilliant.

How did you find RHR?

Ate there a couple of times - fantastic experience. Far (far) superior to Le Manoir which was a huge dissappointment. You'll have a great time
