OPC service schedule

Have an '06 Carrera S, bought from an OPC 9 months ago with two years of OPC warranty. I'm ashamed to say it has done less than 2,000 miles in that time. The OPC is suggesting that it needs a service at the one year anniversary; however, I had thought the service interval was dictated by the mileage, or at two year intervals. Can anyone give me a steer? Clearly I don't want to breach the terms of the warranty, but neither do i want an expensive service that i don't actually need.

Think they only service used approved cars before purchase if one is due within so many months so this may be the correct service date.
