Chimaera 450 engine into a TR7
Discussion
Guy's,
Am fitting a 1999 chimaera 450 4.6 rover v8 engine and tremec t5 gearbox into a new TR7 shell I have had for the last 30 years.
The engine comes with an engine loom, all sensors, (lambdas AFM etc.) and an ECU.
MY question is, does the ECU require any additional inputs to run properly.
I saw a post saying that there is a callibration resistor somewhere close to the fusebox that tells the ECU what car it is fitted to.
Can anyone comment?
Can anyone point me to a wiring diagram to show how to wire up the ECU?
Thanks
Hugh
