My elderly parents are crossing from their home in France for a wedding anniversary weekend in Jersey later this month....dirty old devils!

Anyway, I thought it would be fun to fly over for the day and buy them lunch on the Saturday but I've not been there for so many years, wouldn't have a clue where to go.

Doesn't need to be uber posh but it does need to be worth the effort. European cuisine preferred! Any suggestions most welcome!

Thanks, Duncan.

Second vote for the Oyster Box at St Brelade's. Took my elderly aunt their just before Christmas for lunch. We hadn't booked and the place was really busy but the staff put us on a window table overlooking the bay without delay.

Food was excellent and service attentive.
