Henley to TVP

Is there a website that can show me the safest, flattest, shortest distance from Henley to Thames Valley Park?

I haven't cycled in nine months.

That site is damn useful - from manually browsing maps (how old fashioned!), I was coming up with a shorter route for cycling in (20 miles rather than the current 22.5), and that site comes up with pretty much the route I was already planning.

Wow - nifty little tool! Never seen that before but just put in my commute route and found a cycle path I didn't know existed through a park that means I can cut out a mile or so of narrow but busy country road!

The towpath is almost certainly all three of those, but might also be the slowest.

If I was doing it on the road, I'd go through Harpsden, up the hill by the golf course, Binfield Heath, Playhatch, Sonning Bridge and down the A4. Although that's not flat, the first half is on back roads. The flattest road route would be A321 through Wargrave and then down the A4, but that would be very busy the whole way.

Cycle streets is very good. It can be very frustrating if you upload the route to a GPS device, I was getting erroneous turns followed by U-Turns back down the same road.

Hi guys,

I went for my first cycle in ages today, I enjoyed it.
My time and distance wasn't great, but I can work on that.

Time 39:00, 9.01 km, average 13.85 km/h
