Limited company / from sole trader ?

I am currently a sole trader on the cis scheme.

My question is, can I cease trading, start a ltd company, with my wife as the director ?

And then get paid paye, whilst my wife takes any dividends and her own wage ?

This is whilst I continiue to work in the construction industry.
