Been looking for an Elise for a wee while now.........

finally managed to get a brand new one delivered on the 23rd after being on a 9 month waiting list!! Brand new, no dents or dings, has had fuelling issues along with irregular oil changes but now has been sorted and runs a dream. Poor Muzzy is left to rot on the driveway as I am having far too much fun with this new one!!

So here she is.............

Little Elise, lightened to 6lbs 11oz for those tricky corners....

Now... I obviously class myself as a bit of a petrolhead, but even I surprised myself by managing to have a conversation with the anesthetist about cars and more importantly about the PHers we both know.

So (surprise, surprise...) TUT and Craig Wallace I hope your ears were not burning too much on Thursday nite!! Craig, congrats on your new arrival, and please thank your sister who was a bloody godsend to me Thursday night while having the section!! If it was not for her I would have found it hard to cope with what I was going though.

Ave x

A welcome addition to the family dear cousin. I can't wait to see her. Congratulations, I know it's been hard work but I'm sure you will find her quite worth while.

Congratulations Ave, look forward to seeing her in the muzzy passenger seat on a run!

Of course you know she would be more reliable and quicker if you had called her Portia biggrin

That is not entirely true, Sally was allowed back driving after a couple of weeks max, the doc has to agree that you can safely manage an emergency stop and you are good to go

Fantastic news Ave and many congratulations. Love the name and she certainly is unlikely to meet any others. Interested to know what lead you to choose the name.

Just two days after Charlene who also had a section. If it was men who had the babies the world would die out.

Hope to see you later in the year.

All the best
