Tell me why I shouldn't buy a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ150

I am currently without a camera due to an uninvited visitor walking off with my Canon Ixus 50. It was due for replacement anyway but that is not the issue.
At the moment I do not want a DSLR or CSC.
Over the years I had a number of 35mm SLRs but their use faded and the little Canon suited my requirements. Tweaking the firmware with CHDK gave me the missing features, e.g. shooting in RAW.
The Panasonic seems to have everything in one package.
