Just had a call letting me know to avoid it. Apparently 2 lanes have been closed Westbound.

I hate that stretch! It amazes me how it happens (although it shouldn't due to the standard of most peoples driving)

Not good news, poor fella.

On another note did anyone see the daft tt in the St Johns Ambulance on blues
trying to force his way through three lanes of solid traffic.
The hard shoulder was nice and clear.

Took him 10 minites to 400 yards them got stuck behind two HGV's who could move no where. no brains.

Unfortunately the media (even most of the police) don't have a clue about motorways!!! biggrin

St John drivers only have (or used to anyway) one day driver training on blues!!! My sister drove them, scary thought!!!!

Rock and a hard place I suppose. I know it doesn't make your position any easier but life in the private sector isn't all that great either...in fact hasn't been for a few years now.

I left the private sector and joined the police almost 10 years ago, couldnt go back as technology has moved on leaps and bounds I wouldn't get a job paying anywhere near enough money as my computer training was 15+ years ago!

Lots have second jobs, I just don't have any spare time
